Many of our projects involve work to houses in conservation areas or listed buildings that might be in need of renovation and re-organisation. Good design can be used for small additions and interior remodelling to maximise the space available, to allow better flow of space, maximise daylight and improve the relationship to the garden with better access and views being opened up. All of this can be achieved through careful negotiation to achieve planning, listed buildings and building warrant consents to allow construction work to proceed and a completed project to be realised.
