The extension and remodelling of the rear spaces of a semi-detached house in the Marchmont conservation area in Edinburgh
This proposal focuses on making a new large and open dining, kitchen and combined living area to the rear of the property. This is achieved by removing part of the existing extension and moving the current shower room into the centre of the plan. A new area would then be constructed from modern materials to maximise natural light, access to the garden and the feeling of space within the proposal.
