Park Quadrant first phase, Glasgow
The first phase of the complete renovation and conversion into two flats of a very large duplex property in a grade A listed tenement.
This first phase of this project involves formalising the partial sub-division between the two flats to make the upper flat fully independent. The layout of the new flat can then be improved and renovated to a high standard. This has been achieved with kitchen being moved and opened up to the adjacent living room to create a large flexible space. A new en-suite and improved layout to the existing bathroom have also been added, with rooflights in various locations to maximise natural light.
