The part refurbishment of a large grade B listed tenement flat.
This completed project involved the opening up and rationalisation of the original stairwell to the lower ground floor rooms. New bathrooms were added with an unusually generous family bathroom being created at ground floor level and a revised layout at lower ground level offering future flexibility for further changes.
