The complete renovation and remodelling of a duplex flat in a grade A listed building.
This completed project involved layout changes to provide a new flexible living, dining and kitchen arrangement in the front rooms of the property. The area under the stair was hollowed out to accommodate the new kitchen, allowing an additional bedroom to be created in the old kitchen. Walls were moved in other areas to create a master en-suite pod in glass and walnut veneer and a new shared shower room with walk in shower on the upper level. All finishes and decor throughout the property were also renewed as part of the work.
