This completed project involved layout changes to provide a new storage mezzanine and balcony in the hall of the flat. The area over one bathroom was hollowed out to become a new storage room with a new stair and balcony overlooking the hall to provide access via the space over the second bathroom. These new spaces were all concealed behind false ceilings previously. The bathrooms were also re-fitted as part of the works.
