The major remodelling of the lower floor of a terraced house.
This completed project involved the lowering of the floor levels and reorganisation of the rear of the house. A new double height kitchen space was formed with a massive glass screen and patio door to utilise the newly accessible adjacent garden. This space was also opened up to the front of the house making an open hallway with front to back views and a flood of natural light throughout.
