The addition of an attic storey, a small extension and the full internal refurbishment of a large country residence.
The main part of this proposed project is the addition of new accommodation through a carefully considered scheme of dormers to allow the existing attic space to be usefully inhabited. These new rooms are complemented by a re-organisation to provide 2 very large public rooms on the ground floor level and a large master bedroom suite on the first floor. This, coupled with entirely new finishes and fittings throughout, will complete the new hierarchy of the house.
